The Clean Slate Initiative team reached out to provide an on-site headshot station for their ever growing team.

They wanted a simple and intimate set-up where colleagues can receive their new shots in between handling work affairs.

The goal was to be efficient so as to not interrupt the team’s synergistic workflow.

Each individual received retouches that weren't airbrushed but carefully done to give a natural yet refreshed look.

This helped establish consistency across the brand, building trusting relationships with lawmakers and the individuals in search of a fresh start from their crime records.
