NAMMBA Connect College Day: An All-Encompassing Retreat
The NAMMBA (National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America) team hosted their College Days Convention at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. This 2-day event was an opportunity for young college students to connect with potential colleagues and prep for their future.
This event was saturated with useful takeaways - networking and fellowship, resume building, career fairs - it was only fair that a headshot station was implemented to provide more value.
They sought a photographer of color that was representative to the demographic being served to create comfort and familiarity - prereqs that are paramount to an eye-catching headshot. This booth needed to be hands-off, efficient, and simple, so this station was equipped with lighting, a blue and a gray backdrop, and sign-in.
